Protein Packed Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is not only a great option for game day, it makes for a great meal or snack as well!

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1/4-1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt

1-2 tbsp ranch flavored seasoning

1/4 cup ranch flavored dressing (Bolthouse Farms is my preferred option!)

~1 cup buffalo sauce, add to taste (Frank’s is my preferred option!)

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix. Add to a crockpot on low heat for immediate serving. Serve with celery and carrot sticks, or whatever your heart desires! Store in fridge and reheat throughout the week for a quick protein packed meal or snack.
