Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

A quick and easy protein packed smoothie made with cottage cheese. Don’t knock it until you try it! :)

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/3 cup cottage cheese (I use Good Culture)

1 cup milk (I use macadamia nut milk)

1 scoop of vanilla protein (I use 1st Phorm whey isolate in Natural Vanilla)

Handful of ice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend. Add in additional milk for consistency preference. Crumble in a graham cracker or some granola for the crust effect!

For entire smoothie:

245 calories

Protein - 32 grams

Fat - 5 grams

Carb - 18 grams
